Sooke Meals on Wheels is a 100% volunteer organization offering a program which provides weekly hot meals Monday, Wednesday and Fridays to any person unable to prepare meals for themselves. Frozen meals are also available on request for any day of the week.
Looking for interested individuals that can help a few hours a month cooking or assisting in the kitchen at the Sooke Community Hall.
Time Commitment: 3 hours per shift: 9 a.m. - noon Mondays, Wednesdays, and/or Fridays - commitment tailored to your schedule.
