Generative Boards (What is it that we really do?) Workshop

Generative boards (what is it that we really do?)
Non profit boards use three mental maps for effective governance: Fiduciary mode is all about the stewardship of tangible assets; Strategic mode is about setting priorities for your organization; The generative mode involves looking beyond operations to get to the heart of an organization’s raison d’etre and purpose.

In this workshop you will use generative thinking to probe key assumptions about your organization, and to identify the underlying values that drive your strategy and tactics.

Where: Sooke Child, Youth & Family Centre, 6672 Wadams Way, Sooke
