Board Spheres and Responsibilities

In a non profit organization staff and volunteers work towards a common mission and vision. In this workshop, you will explore the 3 spheres of responsibility (Board, CEO, Staff) with a special focus on increasing understanding of the division of responsibilities and strengthening the communications and interactions between each sphere.

When: October 13th 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Where: Sooke Child, Youth & Family Centre, 6672 Wadams Way, Sooke

Cost: 2 Hour Workshops - $20/members $30/non-members (further discounts and travel subsidies available. Contact us to enquire.)
