Monthly meetings held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month in order to organize the fall fair held the first weekend in September


Purpose of Committee: The purpose of the Standing Committee on Land Use and Environment is to provide recommendations to Council regarding matters related to Planning, Zoning and Affordable Housing within the District of Sooke. Role of Committee: The objectives of the Committee are to deal with community planning and protection, environmental issues, community issues and cultural and ethno-cultural issues.

A support group for people living with mood disorders generally meets the second and fourth wednesday of each month from 7-9 p.m.

Support group for women impacted by breast or gynaecological cancer.  Meetings are at the Sooke Harbour House Potlatch Room the second Tuesday of each month 7-9pm.
