The Sooke Pain Self-Management Group, presented by the People in Pain Network, provides a safe environment to share the challenges and the solutions with others who truly understand. It helps reduce isolation, grieve the losses and gain an understanding of persistent pain and how you can take back control of your life. This month we are pleased to announce that Katie Bate, Registered Dietitian, from the Sooke Integrated Health Network will be the guest presenter. Katie will share the importance of healthy eating and how it affects all aspects of life, especially for those who live with persistent pain.
