Weight Management

Today we live in an “Obesigenic” environment – we are surrounded by food everywhere we go, and we are moving our bodies less than ever.  Successful long term weight management is not typically achieved through the latest diet trend or joining commercial weight loss centres that drain your bank accounts.  The deprivation dieting approach only works for so long.  In this session we will discuss my top tips for a successful  long term weight management strategy, which requires consideration not only to WHAT we eat, but WHEN, WHY, and HOW MUCH.
