About how to use this website
Let's say you are looking for services to help you find a job. If you type the word 'Employment' into the "Find a Program" box on the HOME page of the website, a list of resources will come up. You can then click on the title of any resource for more information about it. You can also search by going to the "RESOURCES" page and looking at the specific categories along the right-hand side of the screen.
Also, if you are looking for something to do in Sooke you might want to check out the 'CALENDAR'. Here you will find a wide range of activities. Maybe you are looking to get involved and meet new people. Perhaps you are thinking of joining a club. The coloured bars at the top of calendar listing let you know what type meeting or event it is. The cool colours, in the blue range, indicate weekly, monthly or special meetings. The warm colours, in the yellow to red range, indicate weekly, monthly, annual or special events. The green bars indicate a sporting event. There's lots to do and enjoy in the Sooke Region.
